Main parts introduction
1.The entire line adopts imported high-speed and high-precision ball screw and high-precision gear rack reducer, with good accuracy retention and high rigidity.
 2.In order to achieve stable high acceleration, the X and Y directions are eliminated through gear racks and dual motors, effectively ensuring the accuracy of the machining contour and avoiding the phenomenon of over cutting during machining
3.The left and right guide rail seats are separated from the workbench, and the sealing height can be freely adjusted.
4. X/Y adopts rack and double screw transmission in the Z direction, ensuring high acceleration accuracy and a running speed of up to 40m/min

8.The crossbeam adopts a box in box structure, with four linear guide rails distributed in a T-shaped guide rail structure, which not only meets the needs of fast and accurate movement, but also provides sufficient rigidity and greatly reduces the overturning caused by inertia when reversing quickly.The linear guide rail adopts four 55MM heavy-duty roller types. The crossbeam is a box shaped structure with reinforcing ribs arranged inside to increase its torsional stiffness. The crossbeam is made of resin sand molding and cast, and has undergone two failure treatments to eliminate internal stress
9. The installation surface of the line rail is finely precision ground by the guide rail grinder, it provide the high advantage of machine tool accuracy and the workpieces smoothness than which machine linear rail with milling installation surface.
